Job description
- Production manager experienced in automotive
- Managing 3-shift operations, 24/7 shifts (weekends included)
- Ensure continuous production supervision and improvements
- Strong focus on planning and delivering the KPIs directly on the shopfloor
- Prevent from deviations in quantity, labelling, completeness, and quality
- React immediately to any non-conformity and communicates with production planning, quality, engineering, maintenance
- Maintain continuous presence of the foremen and team leaders on the shopfloor
- Verify component completeness, control overall product quality
- Identify deviations and abnormalities immediately, escalate to upper management
- Able to make decision, stop production if required to prevent from defects or customer impact
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and safety rules
- Experience in production leadership from automotive TIER 1 companies
- Strong shopfloor mentality, hands-on and decisive person

- Czech or Slovak − C1
- English − B2
