- Production control and monitoring of material flow
- Reviewing and processing customer delivery schedules/call-offs
- Planning and coordination of packaging and assembly activities
- Truck registration and loading dock scheduling
- Ensuring smooth material and production processes
- Communication with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
- Working with the AS400 ERP system
- Experience in dispatching, material planning, or production control
- Knowledge of production planning and logistics processes
- Experience with customer portals such as BMW, Daimler, and VW
- Strong organizational and communication skills
