- Task Force Lead

- Languages: Hungarian + English required, German is a plus
- Senior hands-on task force lead for an automotive ramp-up project. Full ownership of assembly output stabilization and quality improvement for painted Class-A exterior parts.
- Lead on-site ramp-up stabilization
- Improve assembly output and remove bottlenecks
- Drive KPI transparency and daily performance controlStrengthen process discipline and shopfloor standards
- Reduce defects, rework and handling damage
- Train operators and line leaders
- Report clearly to management
- Strong automotive ramp-up experience
- Hands-on assembly optimization background
- Experience with painted Class-A parts
- Strong shopfloor leadership in escalation mode
- Execution-driven, not a coordinator
- Senior profile only
- Immediate impact required
- No pure coordinators
