Planning, coordinating and ensuring smooth production
Work organization - as a team leader you will be in charge of the team:
- 3 shift foremen who will report to you and assist you with daily activities
- 3 technicians who will be your indirect reports
Communication and collaboration with the logistics department, process engineering and quality department
Monitoring the performance of employees and machines
Distribution of tasks with a view to increasing productivity and efficiency
Creation and revision of an action plan to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Main KPI areas: Safety, Quality, timely deliveries to our customers, Efficiency - ensuring optimal processes and constantly improving the efficiency of machines and equipment
Evaluation of your subordinates, their motivation and development
Planned working hours (8) from cca 12:00 - 22:00
