Quality

coordination and execution of APQP activities from project nomination through SOP;
preparation, review and follow-up of PPAP documentation, including customer submission and approval;
development and maintenance of Process FMEA, Control Plans, inspection standards and quality documentation;
quality planning and support during prototype, pre-series, launch and ramp-up phases;
close cooperation with Project Management, R&D, Process Engineering, Production, Suppliers and Customer Quality;
identification and follow-up of project quality risks, open points and corrective actions;
support of sampling, first-off / initial production approval and product/process validation;
management of quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and structured problem-solving method;
support of customer and internal process audits, preferably according to VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949 requirements;
direct communication with automotive OEM customers and coordination of quality-related topics during project launch.
