Job description
- Shopfloor Shift Support / Production Supervisor
- Location: Morocco
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Approx. 3 months
- Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing
- For an urgent project in the automotive sector, we are looking for an experienced Shopfloor Shift Support / Production Supervisor with immediate availability. This is a highly hands-on role focused on shift leadership, production plan execution, deviation management, and operational transparency on the shopfloor.
- Lead and supervise production activities on the shopfloor in a 3-shift system
- Ensure execution of the production plan during the shift
- Monitor output and identify deviations from targets or process
- Report root causes in a structured and transparent way
- Drive feedback loops to improve daily performance
- Escalate operational issues when needed
- Support stable production flow through strong shopfloor presence
- Work closely with production and relevant interfaces to improve execution
- Strong experience in production supervision / shift leadership / shopfloor support
- Automotive manufacturing background required
- Hands-on mentality with strong operational focus
- Experience in fast-paced production environments
- Able to identify problems quickly and react pragmatically
- Structured communication and reporting skills
- Immediate or short-term availability preferred
- International project experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
- On-site availability in Morocco
- Strong execution mindset
- Ready to start as soon as possible
