Job description

  • Task Force Lead – Ramp-up Stabilization (Assembly & Paint Quality)
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Minimum 6 weeks
  • Location: On-site
  • Language: Hungarian + English required, German is a plus
  • We are looking for a senior hands-on Task Force Lead to stabilize assembly output in a ramp-up environment and improve quality performance for painted Class-A exterior parts. This is an execution role for someone who takes ownership directly on the shopfloor.
  • Lead on-site ramp-up stabilization activities
  • Improve daily output and remove bottlenecks
  • Drive line balancing, standardized work and deviation handlingSet up KPI transparency and daily performance routines
  • Improve material flow, FIFO and rework routing
  • Reduce defects, handling damage and rework
  • Train and coach operators and line leadersReport progress, risks and actions to management
  • Proven automotive ramp-up stabilization experience
  • Strong assembly line optimization background
  • Experience with painted Class-A parts
  • Strong shopfloor leadership in escalation mode
  • Experience with KPI systems and daily control routines
  • Hands-on, decisive and execution-drivenHungarian and English mandatory German preferred
