Implementation of new production products and technologies, optimization of existing production processes
Responsibility for determining technological procedures for production, assembly and internal handling
Responsibility for designing production processes and processing cost calculations for new products
Responsibility for creating and managing data in the information system for the technology area
Cooperation in creating a maintenance plan for machines and tools
Management and organization of all activities related to the technology department in accordance with applicable legislation
Detailed knowledge of production technologies is an advantage, including special processes for processing parts
Experience in leading a team of colleagues
Active knowledge of CNC machining and programming (Heidenhain, Sinumerik 840D)
Orientation in drawing documentation
Analysis, active search and implementation of improvement proposals in production (Kaizen, Lean, 5S, standard work)
Experience in production technology, mechanical engineering, automotive or energy
