Job description

  • Ensure continuity of Supply Chain management and leadership of the local team.
  • Develop and implement supply chain processes based on world-class standards.
  • Drive the S&OP process and ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
  • Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
  • Facilitate direct sourcing of production parts (MRP).
  • Ensure effective supply chain coordination between customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure the quality of customer shipments and vendor delivery plans in terms of deadlines, quantities, and costs.
  • Cooperate closely with the sales and purchasing teams at headquarters and with the local Production Manager.
  • Lead annual stock-taking activities.
  • Manage logistics complaints.
  • Prepare and initiate a warehouse improvement project.

Required profile:

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong people management and leadership experience.
  • Hands-on approach and flexibility.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong SAP knowledge and experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Experience in production scheduling and MRP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
