Job description
- defines, manages, and continuously optimizes operations on IT systems running on MS SQL databases;
- drives the development and enhancement of reporting tools across the global IT infrastructure and application landscape;
- ensures effective cross-site coordination and alignment of activities within the scope of responsibility;
- maintains accountability for service delivery and operational performance in line with established SLA frameworks;
- executes and oversees IT operational activities to ensure system reliability and performance;
- contributes to project phases by providing expertise within the relevant technical domain;
- maintains accurate and consistent documentation of daily operations and activities.
