Develop, implement, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for battery production and assembly;
monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, cycle time, OEE, and production costs;
analyze production data, process parameters, downtime, scrap, and quality deviations to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions;
define and maintain process parameters, operating standards, work instructions, and technical documentation;
support the commissioning, ramp-up, and qualification of new production equipment and manufacturing processes;
lead and participate in structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA;
perform process capability analysis and support the implementation of SPC and other statistical process control methods;
collaborate with Quality Engineering on PFMEA, Control Plans, process audits, and continuous quality improvement;
work closely with Automation and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and increase equipment availability and process stability;
support engineering changes, product modifications, and introduction of new products into serial production;
identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and data-driven process optimization.
Define technical requirements and cooperate with equipment suppliers and external partners;
support production teams through technical training and knowledge transfer.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality, safety, environmental and production standards;
actively contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
