Job description
- managing and overseeing warehouse operations, including goods receiving and dispatch, raw material storage, finished goods storage, and packaging operations;
- leading and supervising warehouse employees, monitoring attendance, and managing the time and attendance system;
- planning, organizing, and conducting physical inventory counts and stocktaking activities;
- monitoring and controlling inventory levels across assigned warehouse locations
- coordinating the flow and management of returnable packaging for purchased materials; managing and supervising loading and unloading operations in the warehouse, loading tunnel, and outdoor storage areas;
- identifying, assessing, and monitoring workplace risks and hazards across the entire department, including risks associated with forklift operations, and developing corrective and preventive measures to minimize or eliminate these risks;
- maintaining records and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical substances and products used or stored within the warehouse;
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, internal procedures, and warehouse operating standards;
- ensuring efficient warehouse operations, optimal utilization of storage space, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
