organizing work within the Dispatching Department and managing the team of dispatchers;
developing and monitoring short-term and long-term production plans based on customer demand and available resources in the SAP system;
managing components and maintaining close cooperation with the warehouse;
identifying, verifying, and continuously monitoring inventory discrepancies in SAP;
maintaining regular communication with customers and suppliers, including handling logistics-related complaints;
communicating with transport companies and arranging transportation orders;
optimizing transportation processes and costs;
creating packaging instructions for internal logistics processes;
managing the flow of customer and supplier packaging materials in SAP;
verifying packaging accounts, packaging specifications, shipments, packaging rentals, and contact information on customer portals;
handling customer complaints through customer portals;
processing customer orders in SAP;
preparing customer shipments based on orders in SAP;
performing other tasks related to logistics operations and processes.
