Job description
- Act as the primary quality interface for customers, communicating in English and Hungarian.
- Manage customer complaints and quality issues from receipt through resolution.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Update and maintain Control Plans (CP) and PFMEA/FMEA documentation.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to customer quality performance.
- The company serves several international automotive and industrial customers across Europe.
- Full-time onsite presence (5 days per week) is required.
- Strong knowledge of customer complaint handling processes (8D methodology is an advantage).
- FMEA and Control Plan maintenance
